本研究主要目的在瞭解大漠紅火鍋店的消費者在產品品質、服務品質與網路行銷的現況,並探討消費者在餐廳產品品質、服務品質、網路行銷對消費者滿意度之影響。本研究係採用問卷調查法,以桃園大漠紅火鍋店店之顧客為研究對象,共獲有效問卷388份,有效回收率為97%。以敘述性統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析和迴歸分析等方法,來進行資料之整理及分析。研究結果顯示:一、在餐廳消費者背景屬性中,「年齡」屬性在產品品質、服務品質上有部分顯著差異;「餐廳訊息來源」屬性在產品品質上有部分顯著差異;「半年內到餐廳消費次數」屬性在服務品質上有顯著差異;其餘屬性則無顯著差異。二、餐廳產品品質對顧客滿意度具有正向
