探討影響國中教師實施翻轉教學意圖之因素─以臺中市某國中為例

近年來臺灣教育受到少子化、12年國教以及資訊科技蓬勃發展的衝擊之下，最近這幾年出現了從國中小至高中、大學、研究所階段都有老師在實施的創新教學法─翻轉教學。目前許多翻轉教學研究之文獻常使用準實驗法，得出翻轉教學讓學生與教師之間關係變緊密，教師更有機會能因材施教，可提升學生學習熱情，但是，影響教師改變自己教學法的原因甚少提及，研究教師思維文獻偏少，目前在臺灣教學現場其實仍有為數不少教師不願意跟進此教學法風潮，想維持傳統教學法，他們的想法並未被正視，所以，本研究欲用質性研究了解實施翻轉教學教師與想維持傳統教學教師之間想法差異，欲尋找影響教師實施翻轉教學意願之因素。同時，當教師已實施翻轉教學
一段時間，教師們在教學現場會遭遇那些狀況，教師自己的解決之道為何，是本研究後續要了解面向，最後，本研究欲找出讓教師願意持續實施翻轉教學法之動力，期望透過基層教師想法給予學校或教育主管機關些許建議。 本研究欲探討教師思維，所以採用半結構式質性訪談法進行資料蒐集，並根據過去研究教師實施教學法之教師教學信念、影響個人行為之行為意圖理論、創新事物的擴散模型以及人們持續使用意圖等相關文獻，設計訪談大綱與問題。本研究實施訪談時間為期三個月，共訪談九位教師，其中五位已實施翻轉教學教師，三位未實施翻轉教學教師、一位學校教務主任，並訪談五位已接受翻轉教學學生。訪談過程經受訪者同意後錄音，再將錄音檔做成逐字
稿進行內容語幹分析，以便分析訪談資料。 根據本研究獲得之訪談資料，歸納整理出教學信念、知覺行為控制、創新觀點、主觀規範會影響教師實施翻轉教學意圖，接著整理出翻轉教學此浪潮為了因應臺灣教育環境與風氣，出現調整過的臺灣翻轉教學形式，如學思達教學法，相較於翻轉教室此法更受教師歡迎，最後繼續分析得知，當學生學得多元能力、學生重燃學習熱情此面項最能讓教師有持續實施翻轉教學之意願與動力。
