現代人的生活忙碌,每日的生活中充滿壓力和挑戰,在生理、心理方面均造成各種影響,當心理感受到壓力、驚慌或恐懼時,便會影響生理的表現,如心跳、血壓和呼吸等等,這些反應是因為身體的自律神經產生變化所導致。而虛擬實境技術在近年來發展迅速,各家公司廠商在積極進行各種研發,虛擬實境也被廣泛的利用在不同領域。隨著這項技術的商品化,從專業的醫療、工程等領域的運用,到一般民眾可以隨手取得的遊戲和影片,讓虛擬實境逐漸在一般民眾的生活中普及。因此,本研究欲利用日趨成熟的虛擬實境技術,探討人工建置之虛擬環境對人們紓壓放鬆的影響,藉由一般民眾即可取得的裝置,簡單達成日常紓解壓力、放鬆身心的效果,藉此調節神經系統,維持

心理健康。本研究以自然環境作為紓壓的場景代表,以Unity建置兩個情境,內容為相同元素構成之場景但差異化較大的天氣情境—晴天和雨天,藉由控制不同環境因子,搭配個別場景的聲音,探討對於受測者放鬆的成效,並以心率變異率作為評估的生理指標。實驗以受測者日常無介入狀態之生理指標作為前測,經過壓力測試後再分別進行不同虛擬實境場景體驗,測量並記錄整個過程中的變化,比較不同階段的生理狀態。實驗結果顯示,在壓力後的恢復效果上,兩個虛擬場景介入下的組別均比無介入下更有效,而在兩種天氣情境下,晴天情境體驗後之放鬆程度更優於日常無介入狀態,對於放鬆的效果更佳。此研究結果提供一種新的紓壓模式,可應用於未來放鬆紓壓之虛

擬環境設計開發,並依控制不同環境因子來影響樣本的放鬆成果,讓未來在虛擬場景的建置能更有效率並運用至更廣泛的層面。
