和再應徵意圖之影響，此外，也同時探討實習成效可能之中介效果與職場友誼之干擾效果。本研究同時對實習生及其師父進行問卷調查，共發出182組配對問卷，最終共回收111份實習生問卷以及63份師父問卷，扣除無法配對與無效樣本後共有62組有效對偶問卷，並以此進行分析。研究結果發現，師徒功能對實習生組織人才吸引力和再應徵意圖具有正向影響，因此建議未來企業可以在設計實習計畫時，除了工作內容的設計外，亦可針對安排之師父進行挑選與訓練，藉此增進以實習作為招募管道之成效。
