隨著現今網路科技的普及社群媒體已融入大家日常生活當中如:Line、FB、Instagram,近年來新冠肺炎(COVID-19)的肆虐在疫情嚴峻下,新型態的線上社群平台媒體也成為教師作為與學生互動聯繫的重要管道,本研究以臉書社團作為師生教學互動平台讓學生們將學習融入自身生活,學生們能在社團平台有更多的互動,這樣學習方式是否對於學生們的學習成效能否有顯著影響是本研究目標。研究發現共創價值與自我學習準備度對於學習成效具有顯著影響,但在自我學習準備度對共創價值與學生的學習成效則不具調節效果。本研究共分為三項,第一項為透過線上社群媒體的應用對於學生共創價值以及自我學習準備程度影響學習成效;第二項為自我

學習準備程度作為調節效果時是否會調節共創價值之學生的學習成效,最後第三項為透過開放性問卷探討疫情期間以線上社群媒體做為教學輔助應用是否助於學生學習成效的提升。在機器學習的部分本研究以邏輯迴歸與決策樹進行預測,研究發現學生在課程進行中使用臉書社團平台的自我學習準備度是最重要的,本研究發現成績較好的學生從自我學習準備度與尋求訊息到個人互動表現皆良好,也認為線上社群的社團對課程是有益的,同時他們也會去協助其他同學達到互助效果,其結果與第一項研究結果相符,而質性問卷的部分在疫情當下採線上課程並結合線上社群時學生普遍皆認為能有更多時間可利用,也可以將上課內容反覆熟悉並在社群中與他人進行討論達到合作學習之

成效對於自身有極大收穫。
