本研究利用影像視覺對於物件的接縫處進行攝影，而後循邊設計焊道，並將此軌跡傳送到伺服XY Table，對物件進行循邊燒焊的仿真驗證，確認燒焊軌跡的精度無誤。在實驗過程中瞭解到影像解析度不足將影響焊道的精度，因而使用可調式高畫素的變焦鏡頭及背光源進行影像拍攝，並配合自行自製的暗房設備防止外部光線的干擾，如此可以清楚辨識出物件接縫處的圖像。本文量測的對象是直線型的切割物件，切割長度約數十公分。在影像處理過程中，先利用NI Vision使彩色的影像變成灰階，得到每張影像以8 Bit灰階值所構成的。之後透過影像處理對物件的接縫寬度進行量測是否有超出所預期的設定值，量測結果會顯示在PC上。此結果乃經由長

期分析不良品的接縫寬度，歸納出每張圖像所測得的接縫寬度可適合燒焊的最大值與最小值，由這項數據可以辨別出物件的良品與不良品。在影像擷取過程中，還包括了Pattern Matching的步驟，以判斷物件擺置位置是否有偏移。之後依照圖面上接縫的長度，依序決定熔接的起始位置、熔接點數、熔點間距與熔接時間，進而在影像上產生循邊的熔接焊道軌跡。最後本研究利用雙軸同動模式XY Table做為熔接軌跡測試。首先，在Y軸架設簽字筆，並將所列印出來的物件影像固定在平台上，XY Table會依照PC上所顯示的焊道軌跡畫在物件圖面上的接縫處進行軌跡模擬驗證。這項研究可以減少固定物件機具和焊槍的調整時間，提升焊接品質及

減少不良品的發生。

近年來雷射印表機的普及並且被作為偽造文書的工具使用的情形也增加。目前在問題文書的鑑驗方法主要以光學放大檢視的視覺方法。而雷射列印紋線跟文字的筆劃先後順序在問題文書的鑑定上是一個相當重要的判定偽變造文書的重點。另一方面，由於簽字筆本身筆壓較輕，不易形成筆壓溝槽，不管是在文字筆劃順序上或是與列印紋線的先後順序上都有一定困難的地方。 實體顯微鏡與生物顯微鏡為常見且作為問題文書的檢驗工具之一，其價錢便宜、非破壞性的檢查為問題文書的初篩之用。原子力顯微鏡可以達到奈米級的分析能力，且可以在大氣環境下操作、非破壞性的分析，是個相當理想的問題文書分析工具。 在本研究中針對2種水性與油性簽字筆文字

筆劃順序與4種筆包含原子筆、中性筆、水性簽字筆與油性簽字筆和雷射列印紋線筆劃順序作為探討。樣本先使用實體顯微鏡與生物顯微鏡檢視再接著以原子力顯微鏡分析。簽字筆的文字筆劃順序中光學顯微鏡皆無法判定先後順序，水性簽字筆筆劃順序在原子力顯微鏡分析下，並未能達到所預期的效果。雷射印表機的列印紋線與4種筆劃順序中，其中水性簽字筆無法使用光學檢視分辨其先後順序，其餘3種皆可以使用光學檢視法分辨。後續使用原子力顯微鏡針對油性簽字筆、中性筆與水性簽字筆檢視，其中油性簽字筆與中性筆與雷射列印紋線筆劃可以使用表面形態加以判定其先後順序，而水性簽字筆則須搭配相位圖可以達到判定先後順序的結果。最後針對水性簽字筆在雷射

列印紋線上墨水滲透情形，在原子力顯微鏡的觀察下，可以看到墨水逐漸從列印紋線往下滲的情形。 本研究提供一個可分析異質性筆劃順序的方法，雖然對於同質性的簽字筆筆劃順序仍無法解決，對於在光學檢視下無法判定的水性簽字筆與雷射列印紋線的先後順序，可以藉由原子力顯微鏡的分析得到可分辨的結果。
