　　循環經濟的浪潮下，以自助式服務為基礎的共享電動機車逐步普及。使用者與服務提供者無須直接互動，使得共享平台難以辨識服務失誤的發生，必須仰賴使用者的回報行動。儘管服務失誤已有大量的研究，但「微失誤」的觀點尚未有足夠的研究與驗證。由於微失誤的損害對顧客而言，僅是期望在很小的範圍內無法得到滿足，而使我們忽略了微失誤的影響性。本研究目的為探討租用自助式共享電動機車遭遇服務失誤對移轉行為之影響。研究內容涵蓋使用者所判定之微失誤與主要失誤的分類情形，並檢測不同服務失誤類型的回報行動與對滿意度造成的負面影響。　　研究方法涵蓋質化與量化研究，進行文本分析作為後續發展問卷之依據，應用獨立樣本t檢定、卡方檢定

、多變量變異數分析及羅吉斯迴歸分析進行假說驗證。質化研究採用關鍵事件法深度訪談30位使用者，結果顯示使用者不進行問題回報的原因為不願花時間和精力，而令使用者產生移轉意圖的原因為共享平台APP系統所造成的服務失誤。本研究共蒐集335份有效問卷，統計分析結果發現，在微失誤與主要失誤的比較中，使用者遭遇微失誤回報問題的比例較低，且滿意度下降程度也較小。羅吉斯迴歸分析結果顯示，整體滿意度負向影響服務移轉行為，且服務補救期望具有調解效果，會弱化對服務移轉行為之影響。　　本研究建議若能維持共享平台的各項服務品質，並滿足顧客的服務補救期望，有助鞏固及吸引潛在顧客。另外辨識與預防服務失誤的發生也是不可忽略的重

點。盼能藉由本研究之分析結果，提供共享平台日後營運與維護共享資源的方向。
