「台灣版人際問題解決技巧評估」施測者間信度研究

思覺失調症其發病率在每一萬人中可能就有1.5人罹患此疾病，如何正確的評估及診斷儼然成為臨床專業人員一大課題，其中以人際問題解決技巧為核心的人際問題解決技巧評估(Assessment of Interpersonal Problem Solving Skills [AIPSS])可用來了解思覺失調症在人際問題解決技巧的表現，現今也被翻譯成多國語言版本，而台灣版人際問題解決技巧評估(Taiwan Version Assessment of Interpersonal Problem Solving Skills [TAIPSS])也於2019年完成中文翻譯。然而現有的TAIPSS工具仍缺乏充足的

信效度檢驗。為了增加TAIPSS的可用性，本研究檢驗施測者間信度，邀請13位具精神科實務經驗之職業重建人員及職能治療師透過規劃的工作坊參與訓練，課程內容除認識工具及模擬評測影像教材外，亦透過評測3位思覺失調症中度/輕度診斷者擔任受測者的實測影片，待完成訓練及進行影像評分後，最後進行TAIPSS學習成效檢驗（正確率）及施測者間信度，此外，也探討不同背景及年資變項是否對評分結果有所差異。研究結果發現：（1）經過訓練後，參與者在正式階段的評測中，正確率總分平均為77.6%，隨著施測次數其正確率有提升，顯示TAIPSS工作坊學習成效；（2）參與者評測TAIPSS的結果中，不論是在六個技能分項辨認、描述

、處理、內容、表現及總結或者是以接收、處理及傳遞三階段的結果，皆展現出良好的施測者間信度（r > .75）；（3）後續分析也發現，上述的TAIPSS施測者間信度及正確率不會受背景變項（職業類別）及年資所影響。此結果顯示經訓練的參與者在使用TAIPSS時，評分上具有穩定且一致的信度表現。同時，TAIPSS工作坊可使參與者評分展現穩定的一致性。
