  本研究在探討高雄市高中田徑教練領導行為與高中田徑選手訓練滿意度之現況,比較不同教練領導行為對於不同背景變項選手之訓練滿意度差異情形及相關性。本研究以「高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與訓練滿意度之研究問卷」為工具,將所得181份問卷,有效回收率100%,以t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關進行統計分析、獲得以下研究結果:一、高雄市高中田徑選手在教練領導行為以「訓練指導行為」感受 程度最高,其次分別為「期望行為」、「獎勵與關懷行為」、「民主行為」,感受程度最低為「專制行為」。二、高雄市高中田徑選手在訓練滿意度中以「教練領導」感受程度最高,其次分別為「團隊氣氛」、「訓練滿意度」、「場

地設施」、感受程度最低為「成就表現」。三、在不同背景變項中「不同參與訓練年資」之高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為,達顯著差異。四、在不同背景變項中之訓練滿意度,皆未達顯著差異。五、高雄市高中田徑選手知覺教練領導行為與選手訓練滿意度相關情形,在「專制行為」呈現負相關,其餘構面呈顯著正相關。本研究獲得結論:隨著時代教育改革之推動,教練領導應多採用訓練與指導行為、期望行為、獎勵與關懷行為,以達成有效運動團隊之管理,針對未來研究可擴及不同變項,進行多方探究,增加研究結果的完整性。

本研究旨在探討進行跨領域專題探究協作教學對國小六年級學生專題報告和資訊素養的影響。本研究採準實驗研究之不等組前後測設計,以高雄市某國小之54位六年級學生為實驗對象,實驗組27位,實施跨領域專題探究協作教學;控制組27位,採一般直接講述教學。實驗教學十二週,以「個人專題報告」、「專題報告小組評量表」、「資訊素養評量表」、「學習回饋單」、「半結構式訪談」作為研究工具。以t檢定考驗實驗組和控制組學生在個人專題報告得分是否有所差異;以共變數分析驗證實驗組和控制組學生在資訊素養的學習成效;同時分析學生個人專題報告、學習回饋單和協作教師訪談紀錄,了解學生的學習成效。本研究的結論如下:一、跨領域專題探究協

作教學的學生,在個人和小組的專題探究報告成績都顯著優於控制組。二、跨領域專題探究協作教學的學生,資訊素養顯著優於控制組學生。三、學科領域教師協作教學有助於提升學生學習成效。
