研究背景：嘗試探討以現今普遍使用的社群軟體介入，協助指導產婦對產兆的認識，降低焦慮感並增進待產時的疼痛因應策略知識，降低過早入院而造成的醫療介入。研究目的：探討使用社群軟體對於孕婦分娩早期自我評估之教育方案介入後，評估產婦降低於家中待產之焦慮、疲憊感、辨認產兆、降低提早入院之成效。研究方法：採實驗性研究法，於北部某醫學中心婦產科門診進行收案，凡符合收案條件者進行隨機分派，分為實驗與對照組兩組，實驗組於實施社群軟體對於孕婦分娩早期自我評估合宜入院時刻指導，對照組則僅以待產須知指導單張。分別執行問卷量表調查，以評估孕婦分娩早期自我評估合宜入院時刻指導對於婦女之待產及分娩結果之成效。研究工具為結構

式問卷包括個人基本屬性調查表、情境-特質焦慮量表、疼痛及疲憊視覺類比量表、入院待產時機及分娩結果之資料，兩組各於妊娠35週以上的產檢日、產後兩天內填寫問卷量表，預計將資料以 SPSS 22.0 版電腦軟體進行鍵入與分析。期望未來能發展為一提供產婦諮詢的管道之一，進而使產婦及家屬擁有較持續性的產科照護。 研究結果：曾參加孕期教育課程57人(55.9%)、未曾參加孕期教育課程45人(44.1%)，實驗組與對照組於是否參加孕期教育課程、課程內容結果顯示兩組統計上有顯著差異。入院時子宮頸情形，其中子宮頸擴張程度，實驗組1.15±0.81公分，對照組0.67±0.85公分，統計上有顯著差異( p
