近年來,旅遊技術和服務的發展帶動旅遊產業,而地方品牌研究領域亦隨之快速地成長。但是,目前地方品牌相關研究主要仍集中在地方特色的推廣與形象塑造。本研究主要目的是回顧與分析現有的地方行銷研究,並解決目前地方品牌領域所缺乏的地方-產品組合研究,再帶入地方特色的萃取與產品應用,如色彩。本研究探討地方色彩與產品的應用如何透過促發(priming)效果影響消費者的購買決策。此外,本研究也探討地方色彩與消費者購買決策之間的的調節變數,如生產力取向(productivity orientation)。本研究首先將回顧與分析現有的地方品牌和色彩行銷的文獻提出相關概念的研究命題,探討其對於市場上的意義,並進一步

提出相關研究問題。本研究將透過四個研究來檢驗本研究建立的假設。

新人對於婚禮的期望與需求不再只是訂餐跟宴客,早期婚紗公司負責婚宴拍照,餐廳或飯店提供婚宴舉辦以及餐食提供,隨著現代新人都忙於工作與經驗缺乏,因此提供整合婚禮諮詢與婚宴規劃的婚禮(宴)顧問服務應運而生,因此婚顧服務可以幫新人解決相關問題。因此本研究試圖建構一個婚禮顧問服務評選模式來讓新人瞭解如何找到一個適合的婚禮顧問,也有助於讓婚禮顧問服務事業發展能夠更加完善,本研究透過文獻回顧與(專家訪談類型:婚顧包套整合服務、單純婚顧諮詢服務、婚顧諮詢暨業者配合服務與婚顧諮詢暨分項轉介)將婚禮顧問服務評選體系歸納成諮詢溝通流程、婚禮規劃流程、婚禮儀式流程與婚宴儀式流程等四大評估構面,並將婚禮(宴)顧問服務

服務類型區分為婚顧包套整合服務、單純婚顧諮詢服務、婚顧諮詢暨業者配合服務與婚顧諮詢暨分項轉介服務之四種婚禮顧問服務型態,並比較不同類型的婚禮顧問服務的服務競爭力以及顧客選擇偏好。本研究將運用決策試驗和實驗評估法(Decision Making Trail and Evaluation Laboratory,DEMATEL)來解釋構面與構面之間的相互影響之關係,並利用主成分之分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)來萃取構面內主成分,以及藉由利用層級網路之模式(Analytic Network Process,ANP)來評估構面與成分之間的權重的相互關聯,再利用V

IKOR(Vlsekriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje,VIKOR)來分析四種婚禮(宴)顧問服務型態進行評估分析,透過服務驅動要素競爭力狀態來瞭解各服務型態之競爭狀態,並再透過網路關聯分析圖(Network relation map,NRM)來了解各個服務驅動要素構面間相互影響關係,希望透過本研究可以讓婚禮顧問服務事業服務提供者能夠瞭解婚禮(宴)利害關係人對於婚禮(宴)服務之需求偏好,以及透過服務驅動要素競爭力分析了解各種婚禮(宴)顧問服務服務類型之服務競爭力狀態,並對婚禮(宴)顧問服務提供者提出服務改善策略。從表5.1上可以看到類型

婚顧包套整合[1]、婚顧諮詢暨業者配合[3]、與婚顧諮詢暨分項轉介[4]的改善路徑是相同的,因此建議從主要支配的諮詢溝通著手改善,藉由溝通去影響婚禮籌備的項目,針對婚禮拍攝、婚宴安排去做加強規劃並提升業者的服務品質。「單純婚顧諮詢」在諮詢溝通是屬於優勢,可以單獨去影響到婚禮籌備流程(WP)和婚禮儀式流程(WC)。建議可以從婚禮顧問的溝通技巧去提升籌備和儀式規劃,並確實做好儀式彩排順暢,就能提升婚顧客的滿意度。
