近年來自動駕駛汽車的相關技術發展快速。光達作為大量被應用於自駕車感知系統中的傳感器之一，其表現與效能會顯著地受惡劣氣候影響。目前已經有許多分析與改善光達在降雨與雪霧之中表現的相關研究，然而對於在路面積水的情況下高速行駛的車輛產生的水花噴濺則較無著墨。車輛噴濺出的水花會造成自駕車感知系統的誤判。為了評估光達感知系統的表現以及訓練建立於深度學習模型之上的感知系統，需要大量包含在不同氣候條件下收集的資料。然而收集相關資料相當困難，除了需要特定的氣候狀況 (如大雨) 之外，車輛也需要達到足夠高的速度才會噴濺出水花。本研究提出第一個重建與合成水花資料模擬方法，透過少量的水花資料便可以產生大量的合成水花

資料。我們提出的模擬流程可以被應用於資料擴充，以對既有的良好氣候下的光達資料加入模擬的水花效果。我們進一步比較有無加入擴充資料進行訓練的車輛偵測模型的表現。加入擴充資料訓練的模型在處理受水花影響的真實光達點雲資料時表現有顯著的提升。

金屬表面處理產業，透過數種不同作業或技術的互補效應，改進工件的耐磨性、耐腐蝕及疲乏強度，相關半導體廠商近年產能大增帶起其它相關產業成長，本研究針對金屬表面處理廠從零組件回廠開始進行噴砂、清潔表面、化學浸泡及廢水處理等程序，弓造成危害進行分析、判斷及提出預防對策。參考相關文獻及現場作業觀察法並將109年統計之危害類型分析統計，應用工作安全分析法(Job Safety Analysis : JSA)，辨識出金屬表面清洗製程有二十二種類型危害，其中跌倒滑倒，人工搬運超過荷重，強酸、鹼化學品灼／濺傷，噪音過高，夾、捲及壓傷，有機溶劑接觸等六項占比例最高，可知此六項為金屬表面清洗製程發生職業災害之主要

原因。製程危害風險評估結果中，得到金屬表面清洗製程風險等級中列為第一級及第二級風險共有105件，其中強酸、鹼化學品灼／濺傷，有機溶劑接觸，物體破裂(化學品洩漏)及粉塵暴露等四項是所有風險中百份比最高，此四項列為優先改善之風險危害。運用本質安全設計方法(Inherently Safer Design : ISD)中替代（Substitution）及減弱(Attenuation)二項策略提供事業單位參考使用，希望有效使金屬表面清洗製程裡風險危害降到最低，進而保障人員安全及健康。
