背景:人口高齡化是現今社會必然的趨勢,世界各先進國家莫不研討相關因應措施,許多學者證實透過跑步運動能有效提升中高齡者在身體、心理及靈性的安適狀態,並達到成功老化,本研究主要對中高齡跑步者進行休閒涉入、心流體驗與幸福感深入探討,以為中高齡者及相關人員未來政策推動之參考。目的:瞭解中高齡跑步者之背景與現況,進而探討休閒涉入、心流體驗與幸福感之關係。方法:以立意取樣方式抽取2022年2月1日至2022年3月2日間平時有跑步運動習慣之45歲以上中高齡者為研究對象,進行問卷調查,共發放396份問卷,回收之有效問卷為378份,並以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及多元迴歸

進行資料處理與分析。結果:一、中高齡跑步者以男性、45歲~49歲、大學/專科、已婚、軍公教人員居多,跑齡以5年到未滿10年、月跑量100到149公里、每周跑步次數3至4次且每次跑步時間以滿1小時至未滿2小時居多。二、中高齡跑步者的休閒涉入因素中最重要是吸引力其次依序為中心性、自我表現因素。三、中高齡跑步者的心流體驗因素中最重要是自成性的經驗其次依序為目標清楚、立即回饋、身心合一、全神貫注、自我意識喪失、挑戰與技術平衡、完全控制、時間感扭曲因素。四、中高齡跑步者的幸福感因素中最重要是人際關係其次依序為身心健康、生活滿意、自我肯定。五、不同人口背景(年齡、婚姻、跑齡、跑步時間、週跑次數及月跑量)之

中高齡跑步者在休閒涉入上有顯著差異;不同人口背景(跑步時間、週跑次數及月跑量)之中高齡跑步者在心流體驗上有顯著差異;不同人口背景(性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻、跑齡、跑步時間、週跑次數及月跑量)之中高齡跑步者在幸福感上有顯著差異。六、休閒涉入與幸福感達中度正相關,其中休閒涉入構面之「吸引力」、「自我表現」對於幸福感具有顯著的正向影響;休閒涉入與心流體驗達中度以上正相關,其中休閒涉入構面之「吸引力」、「自我表現」對於心流體驗具有顯著的正向影響;心流體驗與幸福感達中度以上正相關,其中心流體驗構面之「立即回饋」、「完全控制」及「自成性的經驗」對於幸福感具有顯著的正向影響。結論:本研究的結果結論得知跑步

新創公司已逐漸成為推動產業創新的動力來源,多國的經濟政策也將創新創業的領域納入國家發展計劃之中。而在創業初期往往會面臨資源困乏的窘境,因此育成中心的定位則為新創創業初期的培育單位。旨在提供完善的資源,並協助新創公司成長。有鑑於此,本研究整合智慧資本、創新氣候、吸收能耐與價值共創探討新創公司的創新績效,並透過階層線性模型 (Hierarchical Linear Modeling)建構影響新創公司發展的三層級模型架構。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為進駐在育成中心的新創公司,共有249筆樣本,再依照新創公司進駐的單位分為30家育成中心與12處育成聯盟。實證結果顯示智慧資本中的結構資本是跨層級重

要的中介變數,證實育成中心的規範流程會影響整個協作網絡的組織行為。此外,育成中心的創新氣候和新創公司的吸收能耐對於新創公司的創新績效呈現正相關,表示營造一個高度包容的氛圍,能使新創公司更勇於創新;除了良好的環境之外,公司本身也須具備運用資訊的反應能力,能透過有利資訊以達成創新目標。新創公司若有較好的創新績效,能成功吸引更多投資方與技術夥伴,也顯著影響該公司的價值共創,亦即是新產品開發對於新創公司發展之重要性。本研究的研究結果能夠提供學術與業界對於未來創業發展的參考方向與建議。
