摘要本研究旨在探討新北市埔墘國小第11、12屆一般智能資賦優異畢業生，了解其目前現況、生涯發展、當年資優課程對其之影響及資優教育之成效，並分析其個人對自我的看法、未來目標及對資優教育的看法。研究對象有11人，工具為自編之「新北市埔墘國小一般智能優異資優班畢業生訪談大綱」。所得資料以質性方式進行分析，獲得下列幾項研究結論：一、多數畢業生的學習歷程順利，教育歷程多數為公私立大學研究所畢業，有少數取得博士學歷。二、畢業生已就業者中多數從事專業工作，有少數自行創業。三、畢業生現階段的能力表現以邏輯數理較為突出，而就讀資優班期間較佳之能力為語文能力；在個人特質部分半數以上自認為是有效率的。四、畢業生父

母的教養態度分歧，採取放任、民主、支持或嚴格管教者皆有。五、影響畢業生生涯發展之關鍵因素主要在於：(1)家庭，父母為最關鍵者；(2)學校，老師為最重要的影響者；(3)個人與社會等三部分。六、畢業生認為資優教育對其學習層面有正向影響，主要是對「知識性學習的深度、廣度及獨立研究」與「創造思考、批判思考、問題解決」及「培養其主動學習態度、啓發多元興趣」。七、多數畢業生滿意目前的生活狀況，且認為本身有達成現階段目標並與工作相契合；影響其未來目標與計劃之要素主要為家人。八、多數畢業生認為：若能重做決定仍會選擇就讀資優班，且願意讓自己子女選擇此種教育方式；國小應設資優班；應著重在品格教育並改善銜接；教師互

動良好；多數認為成效良好。 根據上述結果，研究者歸納出結論與建議，以做為教育相關單位、資優班老師、資優生及未來研究者之參考。

本研究旨在探討影響國小資優生的生涯發展之相關因素。研究目的在於瞭解國小資優生的個人因素：性別、認知型式、內外控信念、自我概念、成就動機；家庭因素：家庭社經地位、父母教養方式；學校因素：教師教學行為、同儕關係與生涯發展之現況與相關，並探討個人因素、家庭因素、學校因素對其生涯發展之影響，藉以為教育與輔導之參考依據。研究對象為中部地區七所小學的五年級一般智能資優班學生共一百四十六人。在研究過程中，採用「生涯發展量表」、「團體藏圖測驗」、「修訂兒童內外控傾向量表」、「兒童自我態度問卷」、「成就動機問卷」、「家庭社經地位量表」、「父母教養方式問卷」、「教師教學行為量表」、以及「同儕關係問卷」等研究工具

。研究所得資料，以卡方考驗、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、薛費法多重比較、積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析、典型相關等統計方法，分析所得資料。本研究的發現如下：一、 國小資優生的生涯發展在「個人因素」上：在性別方面，女生優於男生；在認知型式上無顯著差異；在內外控信念方面，內控優於外控；在自我概念方面，高組優於中組與低組；在成就動機方面，高組優於中組。二、 國小資優生的生涯發展在「家庭因素」上：在家庭社經地位方面，無顯著差異；父母教養方式方面，無顯著差異。三、 國小資優生的生涯發展在「學校因素」上：教師教學行為方面，間接優於直接；同儕關係方面，高組優於中組與低組。四、 國小資優男生的內外控信念、自

我概念、成就動機、總關懷、教師間接教學行為、同儕關係與生涯發展有顯著相關。五、 國小資優女生的家庭社經地位與生涯發展有顯著相關。六、 國小資優生的性別、內外控信念、自我概念、成就動機、教師教學行為、同儕關係與生涯發展有顯著相關。七、 逐步多元迴歸分析發現，對生涯發展最重要的預測變項：（一） 資優男生為『同儕負向關係—衝突』。（二） 資優女生為『家庭社經地位』。（三） 資優生在個人因素為『自我概念』。（四） 資優生在家庭因素為『母關懷』。（五） 資優生在學校因素為『同儕正向關係—合作』。（六） 資優生在總因素為『同儕正向關係—合作』。八、 典型相關分析結果，解釋國小資優生生涯

發展總變異量：個人因素為百分之十一、學校因素為百分之十三、總因素為百分之十七。九、 國小資優生的生涯發展之預測力與解釋力，以「學校因素」為最大。最後，依據研究結果，提出具體建議，以作為教育、輔導以及未來研究的參考依據。
