語音教學在培養閱讀技能方面已被廣泛研究 (National Reading Panel, 2000)。即便如此,在印度尼西亞的英語為外語 (EFL)背景下,關於語音教學對提高閱讀技能的研究結果仍存在爭議,因此需要更多的研究證據瞭解語音教學 (Hidayat, Yosephine, & Iskandar, 2004; Ruhaena, 2008)。此外,目前亦缺乏對語音教學在閱讀複雜的聲音拼寫和詞彙發展方面的研究 (Chu & Chen, 2014; Li, 2019; Mozes & Liando, 2020)。且因過去的研究顯示,拼音教學對年輕的EFL學習者學習新單詞的意義貢獻不大,並建議

全球老齡化為必然趨勢,我國也已經屬於高齡社會,人口老化問題日益嚴重。為此 WHO 提倡透過「活躍老化」之行動來應對,旨在消除年齡歧視並承認老年人口之多樣性。本研究以台灣最具代表性能推動活躍老化並且翻轉負面老化刻板印象之「不老騎士活動」為研究標的,以社會影響力之角度切入,深入探討其社會影響力之創造方式與價值。本研究以社會投資報酬分析評估模型(SROI)衡量其社會影響力,最終分析得出每投入1元,能產生2.45元之社會價值回報。其中不老騎士、志工、工作人員和弘道分別於總價值之佔比依序為31.4%、37%、8.6%和 22.9%。發現不老騎士活動能有效促進「活躍老化」與翻轉負面老化刻板印象,建議政府

與相關組 織應更加重視老人之多樣性,將資源投入於能促進翻轉負面老化 刻板印象的活躍老化之活動上,讓高齡者能保持健康並且繼續參與社會,促進老人福祉。透過實際導入 SROI 的過程,發現此方法嚴謹且考量周延,以各方利害關係人參與為基礎,用主觀與量化兩種方法同時進行評估,讓社會影響力以貨幣化呈現,可作為組織內外的良好溝通工具,且透過價值分析能幫助管理決策,達成價值創造最大化。
