tive standing對學生的學業自我概念中之BFLPE的影響。據此，本研究提出三個研究假設模型，第一個統計模型是數學自我概念的驗證性因素分析（Confirmatory Factor Analysis, CFA）模型。第二個統計模型是Lüdtke et al.(2008)提出的多層次潛在共變項模型(multilevel latent covariate model)的擴展。在第三個統計模型中，與先前的研究一致(Wang＆ Bergin,2017，Huguet et al.,2009，Wang, 2015)，加入知覺相對位階以作為組內層次數學自我概念的附加預測因子。研究結果顯示：(一)班級間

隨著科技日新月異，中西方強權接連投注大量資金發展國內高端科技的應用，高科技產業已進入戰國時代，更升級至國家戰略等級。臺灣高科技業也已成為國內經濟發展的主力，且根據統計資料顯示，未來人力需求仍屬高科技產業為最大宗，然而在大環境的持續變遷與進步之下，組織改革與重組變得頻繁發生，此外尚須面對無法預知的國際趨勢走向，皆讓臺灣高科技產業面臨著未知的變動與挑戰。領導是組織能夠營運不可或缺的要素，且組織需要能夠以目的、價值觀和正直來領導的領導者，這種領導者能夠建立永續經營的組織、激勵員工提供優質的服務、並且為創造股東長期的價值而努力，其中真誠領導概念非常符合現今組織的需求。儘管有許多研究證實真誠領導、工作

敬業與工作績效之間的關係，然而多數研究乃採用領導成員交換理論或社會交換理論進行探討，本研究考量外部環境快速變化促發更頻繁的組織變革，連帶導致員工面臨更多工作負荷，且工作負荷在不同情境下可能出現正/反向的影響效果，故嘗試以工作要求-資源理論觀點針對此議題進行釐清。本研究採用橫斷研究方式，共回收316份有效問卷，並以迴歸分析與拔靴法進行資料分析。結果顯示，真誠領導可被視為員工工作資源，且正向影響員工工作敬業與工作績效，其中工作敬業完全中介了真誠領導對於工作績效的影響效果，然而工作負荷在工作敬業對於工作績效的影響中不具調節效果。本研究依據研究結果提出結論、理論與實務意涵、以及研究限制，且針對本研究結

果與研究限制提出未來研究方向與建議。
