近年台灣咖啡產業成長快速,開設咖啡店的進入門檻低,咖啡業者同時面臨現有的競爭者及潛在的競爭者的挑戰,加上消費者對飲品市場喜歡嘗新的現象,要如何吸引顧客、做好顧客關係,在咖啡產業佔有一席之地,為本研究探討之目的。路易莎咖啡引領台灣精品咖啡浪潮,深深抓住了消費者的心,它的成功是有目共睹的。本研究以路易莎咖啡品牌為研究對象,藉由文獻分析及對顧客問卷調查,以敘述統計、信度分析、效度分析與皮爾森相關分析進行檢測,並驗證品牌偏好、顧客滿意與顧客忠誠度之間的關係。實證結果顯示,品牌偏好對顧客滿意產生正向影響,同時品牌偏好對顧客忠誠度有正向影響,並驗證顧客滿意對於顧客忠誠度是具有正向影響。
