「齒輪」是機械產業中最倚賴的傳動主要零件。減速機家族中,行星減速機以其體積小、高輸出扭矩、傳動效率高、回程間隙小等優點被大量運用在自動化設備中,因此齒輪的精度等級相對需求高,精密齒輪精度的好壞是影響行星式減速機品質的最重要關鍵。由於齒輪高精度的特性使得加工流程較為複雜,過程中清洗或搬運產生的碰傷無法完全避免。因此檢測碰傷的齒輪嚙合機如何快速操作及檢測有效性極為重要。目前齒輪嚙合機檢驗時需要手動旋轉工件,且僅單單憑藉量表的跳動值來判斷檢驗件的品質,因此耗費人力、檢驗品質不穩定、無法自動提供齒輪偏擺檢測數據。本研究針對傳統齒輪嚙合機檢驗上的缺失,並經由問題調查,需求規劃、設計改善、成果驗證等四大

階段,提出新穎性、進步性的設計。利用專家會議、特性要因圖、SWOT分析、TRIZ理論、QFD品質機能展開、專利分析等系統性的問題解決方法,設計出新型的齒輪嚙合機。改善後的齒輪嚙合機,透過實驗驗證,可達到提升檢測效率與品質、減少人工操作、降低減速機的重工率。

新穎施體-受體-施體結構有機雷射染料在非線性光學及分散反饋雷射之應用

在這篇論文中,我研究具有施體-受體-施體結構新穎有機雷射染料的非線性光學和雷射特性,發現此染料在溶液相的光致發光中心波長為507 nm並且具有快速的螢光衰減率約1.2 ns。利用Q開關雷射作為泵激光源,可以在比色槽兩側激發出雷射光點並且由放大自發性幅射光譜觀察到數個發射峰,這是由分子振動模態所造成。此施體-受體-施體雷射染料可以均勻的覆蓋在生物相容性的絲蛋白薄膜上製作摻染料絲蛋白薄膜。藉由被動鎖模鈦藍寶石雷射作為光源進行上轉換光致發光量測,得到摻染料絲蛋白薄膜所輻射的螢光強度與雷射強度之間呈現二次增長關係,證明雷射染料具有雙光子吸收特性;我也藉由摻染料絲蛋白薄膜作為非線性介質結合麥克森干涉儀

進行干涉式自相關的量測,可以獲得被動鎖模鈦藍寶石的脈衝寬度約為140 ns。此外,藉由Q開關雷射激發摻染料絲蛋白薄膜薄膜,可以得到放大自發性幅射其閥值約為40.7 J/cm2,並且觀察到由於激發時能隙歸一化的效應導致激發波長呈現些微藍移。最後我也利用摻染料絲蛋白光柵製作分佈式反饋雷射,此絲蛋白光柵是利用具有成本效益的軟式微影方法從商用DVD光碟上拓印一維周期性結構。當泵激光激發光柵樣品上的不同位置,可以有效移動光譜得到489nm 到 504 nm 約15nm的波長調動範圍。與放大自發性幅射相比,此分佈式雷射的線寬小於1nm並且具有約18.3 J/cm2的低閾值以及線性偏振特性約75.58%

的極化度,除此之外我也利用外加應力作用在此可撓性之樣品,藉此進行分散式反饋雷射波長的調整。
