在疫情升溫、獨居比例漸增的現下，學會與自己相處成為至關重要的日常議題，死亡焦慮則伴隨人的一生影響我們的行為，本研究因此旨在探究 solitude的本質及其與死亡焦慮之關係。本研究以年滿 20 歲之成人為研究對象，透過網路發放問卷，以便利性取樣法蒐集資料。回收有效問卷共 649 份（99.38%），平均年齡為 41.74 歲。研究結果發現女性的 solitude 能力顯著高於男性，不同年齡成人的 solitude 則無顯著差異，在學歷中僅碩士者的 solitude 能力顯著高於大專／學。不同性別、教育程度、有無臨終經驗成人的死亡焦慮無顯著差異，年齡則與死亡焦慮有顯著負向關係。Solitude

與死亡焦慮有顯著負向關係，並與死亡焦慮分量表的來生與審判、關係喪失、屍體處理有顯著負向關係。最後依據研究結果提供實務建議和未來研究方向。

隨著智慧型手機的普及，使用者的年齡層分布越來越廣泛，行動應用程式（APP）成為一股趨勢。台灣已於1993年成為高齡化社會，未來中高年齡者可能會成為使用者主流。而2019年底全球因新型冠狀病毒（Covid 19）的影響和政策的實施，消費者的消費型態和飲食習慣被迫改變，促使外送平台的市場蓬勃發展。因此，本研究將以創新阻力障礙為基礎，探討中高年齡層的消費者對於使用外送平台是否會有創新阻力障礙的產生或是影響，進而從中發現這些創新阻力障礙是否會影響中高年齡層的消費者使用外送平台的使用意圖。本研究以問卷調查方式以驗證假說，共發放543份問卷，回收有效樣本為530份問卷，而因研究對象為46歲（含）以上的中

高年齡層消費族群，因此經篩檢年齡後剩餘280份問卷樣本，並透過AMOS 20.0統計軟體進行分析，研究結果發現：(1). 中高年齡層的消費者對外送平台的價值障礙會降低消費者的使用意圖有顯著影響。(2). 中高年齡層的消費者對外送平台的傳統障礙會降低消費者的使用意圖有顯著影響。(3). 中高年齡層的消費者對外送平台的形象障礙會降低消費者的使用意圖有顯著影響。
