近年來,人們越來越重視晝夜節律的相關研究。Jeffrey Hall、Michael Rosbash與Michael Young三位遺傳學家因過去發現控制晝夜節律的分子機制,而獲得2017年的諾貝爾生理醫學獎。除了晝夜節律議題變得日益重要,也有許多研究指出,照明對現代人的生理、心理方面影響極為顯著。因此,兩者結合的「晝夜節律照明」,應用於辦公室工作者成為了重要的研究課題。在辦公室照明領域中,雖然已有標準來規範不同工作場域的照度,但辦公室照明對於人類健康的影響仍有深入討論的空間。本研究以模擬一般辦公室場域及工作模式作為實驗架構,並基於晝夜節律刺激值(CS值)進行辦公室光源重建,再搭配國際標準CI
