最近坊間興起另一門新的治癒工具,Access Consciousness Bars,暫譯"意識運作",新到未有正式官方譯名,連YouTube也找不到中文短片。和NLP,Reiki,Somatic Experiencing(ep73),Human Design相比,因為入門之門檻相對較低,Access Bars導師及工作坊,突然如雨後春筍地出現。好奇之下,Esther較早前亦去上個堂,並認識了今集被訪嘉賓,Kapo Lam。
Kapo,靚媽一名,除了上過超大量身心靈工作坊,在過去短短八個月間,一口氣完成Access Bars導師課程,其中一個月更是跟隨創辦人Gary Douglas及Dr Dain Heer,在歐洲一個月,完成Access Bars所有課程。
今集的內容相當豐富,我們細談了Access Bars的來源, 還有它的"除障語句",非常有威力。還有,Access Bars如何能快速改善親子關係、夫妻關係,舊有信念,醫病...都得?簡單,因為念一轉,環境就跟心轉。思想創造實相,夠old school吧。
我最喜歡的是,Access Bars頗為著重於教導我們要向自己多發問題,和學習不斷改善問題的質素,這個我是200%認同,我們生命的素質,非常關鍵於我們問自己甚麼質素的問題,簡單如,"為什麼我的...那樣失敗?"和(vs)"How does it get any better than this/有甚麼比這個更好?",這兩句的能量就已經很不同了。不同的問題,會吸引到不同的振頻Vibration,即吸引不同的結果。這集非常精彩,不容錯失!

高齡者身心教育個別化教學模式之建構與驗證

高齡者對健康需求日益增加,使身心教育受到關注與重視,身心教育能提供許多與身心對話和探索方式,以維持身心健康和良好的生活品質,透過建構一套個別化的教學模式,針對高齡學習者個別差異與特徵提供適合的身心教育課程,同時期望能為身心教育教師專業有所貢獻。因此,本研究旨在建構高齡者身心教育個別化教學模式,研究主要分為三個階段,第一階段訪談10位專家學者,擬定初步教學模式內涵,透過第二階段德爾菲問卷調查,重複調查專家小組意見,經四回合問卷建立正式的教學模式之內涵,第三階段研究則以多重個案研究,針對6位高齡者學員進行課程的實施,以驗證本研究教學模式之可行性。研究結果確立教學模式之歷程架構與各步驟之構面要素,
以及14項模式特徵、12實施原則、13項教學策略之敘述;在課程實施後發現,依據教學模式所實施的課程能有效讓學員更重視健康相關知識、使學員的身心狀態感到有所進步、有效建立學員照顧自己的能力,學員對於課程的接受情形為高度滿意,得以驗證高齡者身心教育個別化教學模式之可行性,並依據教學模式建構結果與實施結果,提出具體應用模式之建議與未來研究建議。
